What are the dimensions of art prints?

On every product page you can choose the size of the print to be 20"x30", 24"x36", 30"x40" or 40"x60". If you are interested in other size, please send us an inquiry at info@essele.art

Do prints come with white border?

All prints come with 2" handling border. If you wish to have a wider white border, please let us know at info@essele.art

What is the quality of the paper?

Essele has expertly curated a selection of museum quality papers, which bring images to life and make them last. All prints are printed on heavy matte fine art paper - Smooth Fine Art Paper - 315 GSM and Textured Fine Art Paper - 315 GSM. The later one is slightly textured. 

The difference between fine art paper and regular photo papers lies in the composition of the papers as well as the final product. These papers are made to endure because of their remarkable non-yellowing & non-cracking properties.

How do I place an order if I want to order as a company?

Please contact us at info@essele.art if you want to purchase with us as a company and we can assist you with your order.

I didn't receive an order confirmation.

If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at info@essele.art to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to change the email address for you and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery is normally within 7-14 business days from the order date. If you haven't received your order within the delivery time advertised, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided correct information, contact us at info@essele.art and we will help you.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer free international shipping.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your junk folder, as e-mails sometimes end up there by accident.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email.

Can I return the product?

Returns can be performed at client's expense within 14 days from the date on which the client has exercised the right of withdrawal from the contract.
